Returns & Exchanges

At Element Brooklyn, we want you to love your skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all products in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
